Swimmer Declaration for Meets
Swimmer Availability Declaration (this is done for each meet)
- Find the meet on the schedule and Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down menu next to their names. They must be marked as Attending in order to be entered in the meet.

- Attending
- Not Attending
- Click Save to record your choices.
