Volunteer Instructions
How to Sign up for Jobs at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
- Click on "Meets and Events" tab to sign up for a swim meet or event job.
- Choose the event.
- Click the green "JOB SIGNUP" button and then click the "Sign up for jobs" button (note: one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know your family will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Declaration.
- You will know you are signed up for an event if the "Job Signup" button has turned light green.
- Click Save Assignments.
- To check your family volunteer point total, hover over your name in the upper right, and select "My Account"
