2026 Registration Form
Welcome to the Colony Cudas Swim Team!
Registration fees are non-refundable and are as follows:
$85 for the first swimmer and $50 for each additional swimmer. Please make checks payable to Colony Swim Team, or you can pay with credit card at the end of the registration process. *New for 2026* Payments for registration may be made in up to 3 installments (cash or check only). Payment in full must be received by Ice Cream Social on May 22. Registration fees must be submitted prior to participation in any swim team activity. Also, be aware that you need to be a member of Colony Pool to participate with the Swim Team.
Registration fee includes a t-shirt for each swimmer as well as a latex swim cap (if they already have a useable latex cap please don't check the box when offered). Silicone swim caps will be available for purchase. Please check the condition of your swimmers' equipment (goggles, last year's cap, swim suit) to make sure they are good to go! Our SwimOutlet Cuda store is here. Team suits are the dark navy blue girl's suit, or the brief or jammer for boys.
